JENNIFER RICHMOND, DEPUTY DIRECTOR AND CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Jennifer Richmond has served as the Deputy Director and Chief Operating Officer for MSD since 2022. Jennifer joined MSD in 2009 and has worked in various positions including Senior Engineer, Treatment Supervisor, Superintendent of the Compliance Services division, and Superintendent of the Wastewater Collection division.

Prior to joining MSD, she worked for Kleingers & Associates. Jennifer has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Cincinnati in civil and environmental engineering with a Professional Engineer (PE) license in Ohio and Arizona.

As Chief Operating Officer, Jennifer manages the Wastewater Collection and Wastewater Treatment divisions, which are responsible for collection, conveyance, and treatment of wastewater.
