MSD's 2005 - 2008 Strategic Plan is complete. The Plan was designed around input received from MSD customers and stakeholders about what the utility does well and where it needs to improve. The Plan outlines MSD's key initiatives for the next three years and describes in detail the goals towards which the utility will be working.
