Rules & Regulations

MSD operates according to its Rules & Regulations, the document which serves as the basis for MSD's authority and responsibility. Rules & Regulations, approved by the Hamilton County Board of Commissioners, contains information on terminology, rates and jurisdiction which apply to MSD's operations.
