Office of the Board of County Commissioners, Hamilton County, Ohio.  NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of County Commissioners of Hamilton County, Ohio, will conduct public hearings to consider the full-year 2008 Metropolitan Sewer District of Greater Cincinnati's (MSD) Operating Budget, the 2008 - 2012 Capital Improvement Program for MSD, and to consider a revised rate structure for sewerage service charges and surcharges for MSD. These hearings are scheduled to come before the Board on Wednesday, November 28, 2007 at 10:00 a.m., at 138 East Court Street, Room 603, Cincinnati, Ohio 45202.
