Wet Weather Improvement Program

The Metropolitan Sewer District of Greater Cincinnati (MSD) has developed the Wet Weather Improvement Program, a major plan to control sewer overflows into local rivers and streams. A new section of msdgc.org has been created to help explain the issues involved.
