On February 15, 2002, the U.S. Department of Justice, on behalf of the U.S. EPA and Ohio EPA, and with the approval of the Hamilton County Board of Commissioners and the City of Cincinnati, lodged an Interim Partial Consent Decree on Sanitary Sewer Overflows with the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, Western Division.
