The Metropolitan Sewer District of Greater Cincinnati hereafter referred to as MSD, respectfully solicits Statements of Qualifications from interested firms to serve as the Bundle Planning and Design Team for the performance of professional engineering services associated with a group of projects identified as the West Branch Muddy Creek Bundle in MSDGC’s current Wet Weather Improvement Plan (WWIP). These services include preliminary analysis, planning, design, and construction-related services.

The total projected construction cost of the projects included in the West Branch Muddy Creek Bundle is estimated to be $110,000,000 expressed in 2008 dollars.

Request for Qualifications Documents

Documents for this Request for Qualifications must be obtained by sending an email to Donald Cahill (donald.cahill@cincinnati-oh.gov), MSD Contract Administration Section Head. The email should contain the following information about the interested party:

Pre-Submittal Meeting & Submittal Deadline

A non-mandatory pre-submittal meeting was held at 1:00 p.m. on March 25, 2008 at MSD in Room 105 at 1081 Woodrow Street, Cincinnati, Ohio 45204. Answers to the questions received concerning this project are available in Addendum 1.

All proposals must be addressed to and received by Mr. Donald Cahill at 1600 Gest Street, Cincinnati, Ohio 45204 no later than 1:30 p.m. on Tuesday, April 8, 2008.
