The Metropolitan Sewer District of Greater Cincinnati (“MSDGC”) requests qualification
applications from interested firms to provide on call services for firms specialized in
providing services for MSDGC’S Information Technology Division. The purposed of this
RFQ is to establish Master Service Agreements with a short list of consultants for the
purpose of assisting MSDGC with the work described in this RFQ. Selection will be made based qualifications in accordance with the provisions of this RFQ.

This RFQ is for five (5) separate and distinct categories of work related to Information
Technology:

  • Category 1 - Systems Development
  • Category 2 - Infrastructure System and Security Management
  • Category 3 - Expert Services
  • Category 4 - Systems Implementation
  • Category 5 - Staff Supplementation

In order to be considered for any category the Applicant must submit a qualification
questionnaire for that category. Applicant may submit applications for one or more
categories.

Procedures and Timetable

The selection of a firm to provide services for the work described herein will occur in the
following sequence:

  • Issuance of RFQ January 6, 2009
  • Pre-Submittal Meeting January 20, 2009
  • Qualification Questionnaire Due February 5, 2009 (Note: Date change as of Addendum 3)
  • Interviews (if necessary) February 17, 2009
  • Notification to Short-Listed Firms February 13, 2009
  • Contract Award February 20, 2009

ALL QUESTIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED BY: JANUARY 21, 2009 (Note: Date change as of Addendum 1)

Pre-Submittal Meeting

A non-mandatory Pre-Submittal Meeting will be held at the New Administration Building
located at 1081 Woodrow Street, Cincinnati, Ohio 45204. The briefing will be held in
Room 106 on Tuesday January 20, 2009 at 2:00PM EST. (Note: Date change as of Addendum 1) The meeting will consist of a staff presentation and will provide an opportunity for a thorough question and answer period.
