Strategic Plan

MSD has completed development of its new Strategic Plan, Expanding Our Horizons: Vision 2012-2014. This plan was a collaborative effort of the MSD Executive Team, 2009-2011 Strategic Plan Goal Teams, and the 2010 MSD Transformational Leadership Program graduates.

This new plan sets several new benchmarks for the utility that succeed the 2009-2011 Plan, Aligning Our Horizons. Foremost among these new strategic goals is to create watershed-centric plans for MSD’s physical assets. This plan will guide the utility in providing outstanding customer service in the protection of the public health and the environment.
