Construction Contracts

As part of our ongoing efforts to maintain and improve service to our customers, MSD undertakes a number of Capital Improvement Projects (CIPs) each year. The area responsible for administering the bid and contract process is MSD's Governance & Procurement Section. From this site, you will find more information on how to bid, as well as what contracts are available for bid, upcoming, or have been bid recently.

General Information

• All plan sales take place within the New Administration Building, located at 1081 Woodrow St., Cincinnati, OH 45204.
• The plan sales desk is open 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Telephone is (513) 557-7118.
• All projects bid (except emergency projects) by MSD must be purchased through the plan sales desk.
• All bid documents must be submitted by the appropriate date and time to the "MSD Bid Box" at the address listed above.
• No bid document will be accepted by e-mail.
• No internet-version (pdf or html file) of a bid document will be accepted as a bid.
• Buyers can pick-up plans in person or request them via mail (at their cost).
• Checks should be made payable to "Treasurer, City of Cincinnati."
• All contractors must be registered vendors with the City of Cincinnati Purchasing Division. Please review the Purchasing Division's Vendor Information site (Note: a new browser window will open).

Bid Openings are presently held in Room 104 of MSD's New Administration Building, 1081 Woodrow St., Cincinnati, OH 45204.
