The following hearings or notices concern MSD or MSD projects requiring approval from the Board of County Commissioners (BoCC). These notices are posted as part of the approval process.
- The BoCC will conduct a public hearing to consider the proposed Phase 2B for MSD's Consent Decree. The hearing is scheduled for Thursday, May 23, 2024, at 1:15 p.m. in Room 603 of the Todd B. Portune Center for County Government, 138 E. Court Street (45202).
- A public hearing will be held on the Locust Street and Muchmore Road Local Sewer on Thursday, May 23, 2024, at 1:15 p.m. in Room 603 of the Todd B. Portune Center for County Government, 138 E. Court Street (45202).
The proposed improvement includes construction of 1,150 linear feet of 8-inch-diameter gravity sanitary sewer, five 6-inch-diameter sewer laterals, and other sewer appurtenances in Columbia Township, OH, to provide public sewer service for four single-family residences, 32 condominiums, and one community theater.
